At Marcato SpA, we take pride in the quality of our home products and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
